From San Candido to Lienz: enjoy nature by bike
The most popular cycle path in South Tyrol, the cross-border Drau cycle path from San Candido to Lienz leads along a well-marked cycle path and is suitable for all types of bikes. With a length of 44 km and a difference in altitude of 500 metres downhill, the route is easy to conquer for all nature lovers. Once you reach your destination, the East Tyrolean capital of Lienz is the perfect place for a stroll. The return journey is comfortable on the train!
We recommend starting from Vierschach, as it is easily accessible by train. The PUNKA Service Centre is located directly at the train station and along the cycle route - a bike hire and shop with the latest bike models as well as a service area with a bar.
Val Pusteria cycle path
The entire Pustertal Valley is covered by a well-organised cycle network with no gradients worth mentioning. The entire length from Mühlbach to Lienz in East Tyrol is 105 kilometres, which can be covered in stages over several days. Info under www.dreizinnen.com/talrad

Mountain and enduro bikers get their money's worth in the Three Peaks Dolomites region: with the new 3 Zinnen Mountain Card, bike transport on the lifts is free and unlimited (except for the Haunold). Five mountains of varying character can be explored by mountain bike. In addition to the famous Stoneman Trail, the Giro Bike Tour, the Giro Enduro Singletrail Tour and the Dolomiti Superbike route, passionate enduro bikers can also look forward to Two brand new single trailsThe "Standschützen" trail on the Rotwand and the "Erla" trail on the Stiergarten.
On the 46 km long Giro Bike Tour bikers can explore the unique natural landscape of the Dolomites - UNESCO World Heritage Site by mountain bike. It leads over five mountains and almost 3,500 metres in altitude (although you only have to pedal 360 metres) and guarantees fantastic views and pure nature. If desired, the tour can be accompanied by an experienced bike guide.
Enduro MTB riders should not miss the Giro Enduro Singletrail Tour: With the support of five mountain railways, around 4500 metres in altitude (1000 m to pedal yourself) are covered on MTB trails of varying degrees of difficulty on five mountains.
