Compared to other parks, Winterberg only has a small hump - but it is full of trails. Trail builder Diddie Schneider has his hands in the game here. You quickly realise that. One of the most popular routes is the Continental Track - a crushed sand track with tables and lots of berms leading to the valley station. Alternatively, you can also put your skills to the test on the Northshore ladders. Conclusion: a fun descent for beginners and advanced riders! If you like wooden ladders, choose the Northshore. It is full of rockers, waves and skinnies. The downhill is rather tame - too flat and just one kilometre long. Great: the slopestyle lines down in the valley with well-sized jumps for different skill levels.
Conclusion Winterberg offers a wide range of tracks with mostly well-dimensioned jumps and many Northshore features. Winterberg is number 1 in central and northern Germany.
