Around 98 kilometres or 54 nautical miles on a quiet service route from Brunsbüttel to Kiel. The route is completely flat and suitable for smaller children. The whole family managed the route in three daily stages. However, the two concrete lanes are too narrow for children's trailers.
Kiel Canal (Spiralo), BVA. If you want to see more than just the canal, you will find very beautiful alternative routes through the hinterland and should plan enough time: the longest version of the NOK route measures 325 kilometres.
