A short video about the Vicious Path with cool music by downhiller Rui Sousa had set us on fire.

Vicious Path is the name given to this explosive mixture of natural trail and man-made route on the Atlantic island of Madeira, which belongs to Portugal. The trail starts on the summit slopes of Pico do Ariero (1818 m), curves above the tree line through steppe grass, overcomes lava boulders and basalt rocks until it plunges into dense, fragrant eucalyptus forest. Here, the locals have equipped the trail with drops, berms, gaps and jumps - epic riding now becomes real freeride action. You either have to pedal your way up the mountain or, as is usually the case in Madeira, you can book a shuttle run.

> Character: Nature trail with stunts
- Length: 20-minute departure
- Difficulty: simple
- recommended bike: Enduro to Big Bike.
