BARCELONA
Gaudi architecture by the sea, wild boar trails through holm oak forests - and: Tapas!
The Catalan metropolis is teeming with sights that you can discover from the secluded cycle path: winding alleyways in the old town, Art Nouveau façades in the Eixample district, Gaudi's works of art and, of course, the famous Sagrada Família cathedral. For lunch, you might want to treat yourself to a tortilla in one of the many bars before heading up the city's local mountain, the Tibidabo, which is 512 metres high. A magnificent view over the city and a dense network of wild boar trails await you here. It is best to follow the trail on the back of the mountain. The long trail leads to Sant Cugat. Local bikers meet here for a pizza against the backdrop of the 9th century monastery. Then from 10 pm: into the nightlife!
