Kirchberg is gently embedded in alpine hills. Gravel roads lead up and down through the greenery. The only thing missing on the tour is Hansi Hinterseer leaning against the alpine fence and singing a song, that's how cosy it is here. But the panoramic view already gives it away: this Tyrolean region can also be different. The white rocky peaks of the Wilder and Zahmer Kaiser peek into the sky. The Hahnenkamm downhill run with the legendary Streif gives skiers goosebumps and now there is also the Fleckalm Trail. At seven kilometres long, it is the longest downhill trail in Tyrol - and it seems even longer because it is peppered with roots and steps. Kurt Exenberger from the Bikeacademy Kitzbühel Alps will be campaigning for an alternative chickenway, but is of the opinion that you can definitely learn the riding technique for this trail.
