Sölden starts on 10 - 12 June 2022 season with the BIKE OPENING - and continues with the REPUBLIC RALLYE on the 11 June a new enduro fun race. The format is based on the Singletrail Schnitzeljagd and replaces it after 13 years: At the Gaislachkogl at an altitude of over 3000 metres, teams of 2 or 3 will now be equipped with so-called diplomatic passports, which have to be filled with stamps at numerous stations along the way.
It is up to you to decide which of the many routes you take to reach the examination centres. The mountain railways can also be used. Two new routes have been added that offer something for children, beginners and experienced bikers alike. While the deep black OLM VOLLE LINE is said to be very challenging (it can only be ridden after a tour), the green SCHTIRGGAR LINE is suitable for beginners.
You can compete in 3 categories: You need 10 visa stamps for gold, 8 for silver and 6 for bronze. However, you not only collect these at the trail stations, but also have to "master very special challenges" along the way, as it says on the Event website is called. However, the bikers only find out what awaits them at the start. There is no timekeeping at the Enduro Fun Race.
All you need to do to win is arrive on time with a full stamp pass. The sponsors of the Bike Republic have donated many prizes, which will be raffled off among the finishers in the various categories at the raffle on the evening of the race. The organisers will also be awarding a prize for the best rally photo of the day. You can upload your photo via a QR code in your diplomatic passport. At the finish line, all photos can be seen on a huge video wall and will be honoured by the jury.
You can register for the race from 01 - 31 March 2022The starting places will then be drawn at the beginning of April. The starter pack costs Team of 2 170,00 Eurofor the Team of 3 255,00 Euro. This includes: Mountain bike tickets for the race day, participant shirt, catering voucher for the BRS huts - valid on the rally weekend - and participation in the raffle.
