Even though winter reigns on the Reschen Pass at the moment and the 3-country enduro trails under a thick blanket of snow: Enduro bikers are already looking forward to competing with like-minded people at the three-day event. This year, Nauders on the Tyrolean side will once again be the start and finish of the 3-country enduro race from the 26-28 August 2022. As always, the routes and stages will be on both sides of the Reschen Pass, with all the highlights that have been part of the race for years.
If you want a place, you should be quick. Experience has shown that the 500 or so places sell out quickly. Racers can start as individuals or in the duo category. In the duo category, two riders start the stage at the same time and the time is only stopped when both cross the finish line. This gives the enduro riders the opportunity to ride the trails together and develop their own tactics. Click here to register: www.3laenderenduro.com
As in previous years, the 3-Country Enduro Race will be a three-day event: On Friday, the 26 August participants can train with lift support. "But beware: the stages are not only technical, but also demanding in terms of fitness. The weekend awaits with a total of around 80 kilometres and over 6000 metres of downhill. So you should manage your strength well," explains route manager Henry Heitmüller from organiser Bike Projects. The short prologue in Nauders, which is compulsory for all participants and counts towards the overall standings, will take place on Friday afternoon. On Saturday, the 27 August five to six tough enduro stages are then on the programme. A further four stages will be completed on Sunday. After crossing the finish line in Nauders, the fastest riders will be honoured with prizes and trophies.
