For all those who have to postpone their MTB highlight to the later half of the season this year or are still looking for an exciting event for 2020, the Tour de Kärnten is the place to be.

The Tour de Kärnten will take place in the Wimitzer Berge region from 17-20 September 2020. With over 150 kilometres and more than 5,000 metres of elevation gain, the four daily stages stretch around Lake Ossiach in Carinthia. When planning the route, it was important to the organisers that the route profiles have less than 15 percent asphalt - so off-road biking is guaranteed. The daily start is in Ossiach, with a shuttle service offered for the two more distant destinations. So nothing stands in the way of a family holiday at the same time. Anyone aged 16 and over can take part. The only condition: Enjoy mountain biking.

The entire four-day event can be booked, but it is also possible to take part in individual stages. There will be a daily award ceremony for women and men in the U20, U40, U50 and U50 age groups with traditional Carinthian fare. There is also an open e-bike category. The overall standings are calculated by adding up the daily times in the aforementioned classes.

Entry fee:

Total event: 249 euros (269 euros incl. shuttle service)
One-day event: 69 euros (plus 10 euros shuttle service per stage)

For all U20 riders there is Benefits.

All important information and the registration form can be found on the Homepage of the organiser.
