30 of the world's best downhillers, freeriders and enduro racers were invited to Wales to throw themselves down the toughest downhill course in the world. The jumps and drops were huge.

Downhill legend and hardline builder Dan Atheron has made the course even wilder for 2021. The already huge drops and jumps have been made even bigger and higher. A 17-metre road gap, a gap of 17 metres and the finish jump of a full 20 metres, to name just a few figures. In 2020, the Red Bull Hardline cancelled due to the pandemic.

After Saturday's qualifying was cancelled due to the strong winds, there was only one judged run for each rider. World Cup downhiller Bernard Kerr, the last rider on the track, put in a perfect run and ousted 21-year-old Kade Edwards from the hotseat. Kerr won the Hardline for the third time. Watch the video of the winning run here:

The only German on the hardcore course in Wales was the World Cup downhiller Johannes Fischbach. However, the frame of his bike broke in a spectacular crash during training, which is why he was unable to take part in the final. "Fischi" remained unharmed.
