The world championships will take place at this year's marathon race in Hegau. At the same time, there will be a separate e-bike classification at the Hegau Bike Marathon for the first time.

The UCI Mountain Bike World Marathon Championships will be held in Singen on 25 June. As part of the 15th Hegau Bike Marathon, there will be an e-bike class for pedelecs in addition to the classic classes for the first time. If there are enough starters, men and women will be categorised separately.

Under the name "Fun Race", the E-Fraction will set off on the short circuit on Sunday. This measures 31 kilometres and 650 metres in altitude. This is probably the closest you will ever get to the pros. Even though the start will be on a different route to the World Championship course, numerous fans are likely to ensure a lively atmosphere at the edge of the course.

Registration for the Fun Race on Lake Constance is already open. The entry fee is 35 euros until the end of February, then 40 euros, for which you will receive a certificate and a finisher's medal, with non-cash prizes awaiting the podium finishers. Anyone born in 2001 or later can take part (minors with parental permission).
