Conclusion The SH-M200 manages the balancing act between power transmission and running comfort. Quick lacing, ratchet and Velcro cover hold the foot securely in place. Comfortable Ergo footbed. Good ankle protection. Criticism: soft toe cap, ratchet cannot be moved.
