The Shimano shoe is a guarantee for more relaxed days: the comfortable SH-M 161 model

There are days when you have to slip into tough racing ballerinas. And there are days when you want to wear something comfortable. That's exactly what these Shimano shoes have served me for almost three seasons now. Wear: barely visible. The SH-M 161 is roomy, but the ratchet allows it to be adjusted comfortably tight. The sole (with screw studs) is grippy enough for longer runs and not extremely stiff. It is not ideal for racing due to its weight alone. But as I said, that's why you bind your foot in carbon. Available on the web for 85 euros.
