10 pairs of MTB overshoes for winter days tested
You can spend a lot of money on overshoes. The good news is that three inexpensive models were particularly convincing in our test.

Choosing the right overshoes is a little easier than finding warm and grippy gloves. The overshoes should above all keep you warm and protect your feet from the wet. Lined models are particularly convincing here. However, the neoprene cuffs in the test also keep you warm and dry for a long time. What's more, they are significantly cheaper than their softshell counterparts.

We have tested these 10 pairs of overshoes and tell you which models keep your feet warm and dry in winter:

  • Biehler Neo Classic Winter Shoe Cover
  • Bontrager S1 Halo Softshell Shoe Cover
  • Castelli Estremo Shoe Cover
  • Endura Freezing Point Overshoe
  • Gripgrab Arctic Waterproof Deep Winter Hi-Vis Shoe Cover
  • Pearl Izumi Pro Amfib WXB Shoe Cover
  • Poc Thermal Bootie
  • Rose Racer II overshoes
  • Sportful Fiandre Bootie
  • Vaude Shoecover Chronos III
