A first for Leatt with this knee protector. There is still room for improvement.

ConclusionThe "3DF" is the first protector from neck brace manufacturer Leatt. The voluminous protector is comfortable to wear with its well-moulded foam pad and thin "MoistureCool" fabric. Only a strap secures it to the leg, which pinched slightly in the hollow of some of the testers' knees. As a result, the pad doesn't sit tightly enough on the leg and doesn't slip.

TÜV damping test: Not much was missing and the Leatt would have fulfilled the good protection level 2. The peak force was just above the limit value of 20 kN. Nevertheless: solid protection!Photo: FREERIDE Magazin TÜV damping test: Not much was missing and the Leatt would have fulfilled the good protection level 2.
