An espresso in Ticino, a fresh loaf of bread in Bern's old town or a fine apple cider on Lake Sempach. And then a savoury main course such as polenta or saucisse vaudoise on the way to prevent hypoglycaemia, followed by a pear dessert as a sweet finish. If you like, you can round off the day with a local beer or a glass of Chasselas. Whether it's a quick coffee stop or an extended gourmet lunch - good food is part of every tour - local, high-quality and simply delicious. Here are the best pleasure tours in Switzerland for e-bikers, cyclists and gravel bikers.
