the Trans Am. The video documentary follows her at the Navad 1000, where she came second in 4 days, 10 hours and 13 minutes.
Classic ultra-distance races are self-catering races. This means that participants have to organise their own food and accommodation. The length of the tour varies. The Navad 1000which has been in existence since 2015, does not require support cars, mechanics, helpers, barriers, marshals or signposting. Based on the legendary Tour Divide from Banff in Canada to the Mexican border (4400 km), participants ride according to the bikepacking guidelines. Each rider is completely on their own for the entire tour.
