Danny MacAskill: "The footage was shot all over Europe last year before, after and during our shows at Eurobike, Area 47 and Sölden. Between the events, we spent ten days in France and explored John Langlois' home town on our bikes. After a break of almost two years, it was a great feeling to feel the energy of the live shows again. Videos are great, but there's nothing like meeting the fans in person," remembers Duncan Shaw. Danny also remembers the good times after a long break due to the Covid pandemic: "Coming back to Eurobike after a two-year break was surreal. We were a bit rusty, but once the crowd got going, it was fantastic."
This year's crew consists of Danny MacAskill and Duncan Shaw as well as Ali Clarkson for the UK dates and John Langlois for the non-UK dates.
Danny is looking forward to the events and an exciting supporting programme: "All the shows we have planned are going to be great. Sölden is always fun and I hope I can fit in a trip to the trails as well. Being part of Formula 1 will be a great experience. I also can't wait to try out the lake crossing in Malverns. I've heard that Hans Rey has challenged me to a dual."
