Never shies away from a stunt: Fabio Wibmer.
Fabio Wibmer is one of the biggest superstars in bike sport with an audience of millions. Although the YouTube star doesn't have to take part in competitions, he has to outdo himself with creative stunts for his video clips.

One of his most successful videos is "Urban Freeride lives", which was released in April 2017. It achieved over 22 million views within the first year. Another 40 million were added the following year. The video caused a furore internationally. As of August 2021, it had over 180 million views.

We got to know Fabio as a fan boy of Danny MacAskill, as an unknown movement talent from some village in Austria who caught our attention because he could balance on the handlebars of his trial bike. Nevertheless, Fabio was a nobody who was inspired by the trials clip of Scottish wonder biker Danny MacAskill in 2009. So Fabio started doing tricks and filming himself and hit the zeitgeist with his clips. The so-called Sick Series, which he started with his buddy Elias Schwärzler, was born out of fun. Over the years, Fabio became a superstar and blossomed into a businessman and entrepreneur with his own fashion label and production team. His YouTube channel now ranks 43rd (7.9 million subscribers) among the most popular sports channels worldwide. These figures make Fabio one of the best-known cyclists in the world. Fabio is in a relationship with the English model Martha Liversedge and lives in Monaco.

What I've always wanted to say ...

This time: Fabio Wibmer (29)

I would love to be a Moto GP ace. I've already had the chance to ride a motorbike like that and it was one of the coolest experiences - a crazy feeling!
What dream have I already said goodbye to? To become a motocross champion. Too bad, because when I was little I wanted to be a motocross champ haha!
Time travel? Oh yes! I'd be interested to find out how the pyramids were built and what daily life was like in ancient Egypt. Also exciting: a day in the Middle Ages in a fat castle! Preferably as a knight rather than a servant.
There are three temptations I find hard to resist: Martha Liversedge, fast cars and fat jumps.
Uiuiui, my courage has already been put to the test a few times. Right at the top: my backflip over the stairs, the drop into the mousetrap on the Streif ski run in Kitzbühel or the jump over the legendary Lyon stairs in the action sports scene, the "Lyon 25".
If I could choose one question that I would like an answer to: Are there aliens? That's why I always get stuck on documentaries about outer space when I'm zapping.
I would have loved to have lived in the early 1990s.
I can laugh most about the bad jokes of my crew.
How do you like this article?
Miracle healing of injuries - if I could choose one superhero ability, it would be this one.
I have an aversion to bad vibes and hate, and I can't get rid of it!
I can't be patient. I can't do that! I also can't get rid of the phrase "I'll be fine": I say that far too often.
My favourite motto at the moment is: "Live the Geleck-Way"
I've been mistaken for Danny MacAskill a few times. By the way, I love watching Danny ride his bike!
I would have loved to have met the fashion designer Virgil Abloh! Unfortunately, the superstar of the fashion industry has already died.
