Cycle Week is the major cycling event in Switzerland: the bike festival from 22 to 25 May 2025 encompasses the entire cycling world and showcases new trends and developments in Europaallee near Zurich's main railway station and at Campus Brunau near the Saalsporthalle. Test bikes invite visitors to try them out and workshops impart knowledge about bikes. The BMX Flatland and MTB Dirtjump contests and bike shows bring action and international flair.
Brunau once again promises a mix of established and new brands this year. For the first time, amflow, Bixs, Deviate, Enve, Nicolai, Propain and 3T will be exhibiting. New accessory and clothing brands such as Lake, Bivo, Deuter, Patagonia, GripGrab and USWE will also be enriching the expo.
Of course, cargo bikes are also a big topic in velophile Switzerland, with attractive models on show from Riese&Müller, Benno Bikes, Tern and Velo de Ville, for example. There will also be so-called smart bikes with a reversing camera from Twinner, folding bikes from Brompton and lightweight city e-bikes from Scott, Specialized, Cube and Ampler.
Europaallee is thus presenting an all-round portfolio that also offers a number of innovations: Podbike will be showcasing Frikar, an e-bike on four wheels, including protection from all weathers, and the Swiss start-up SideLights will be presenting a retrofit system for 360-degree visibility.
Gravel bikes are also very popular! Both in Brunau and in Europaalle, a wide selection of gravel bikes are waiting to be tested. Canyon, Cube, Rose, Simplon, Stevens and Tour de Suisse already focussed on gravel bikes last year.
This year there will be even more gravel action on offer: 3T and Enve are putting gravel bikes centre stage, but Bombtrack, Ibis, Norco, Nicolai, Pivot, Propain and Thömus are also strengthening their range of gravel bikes and showcasing their new products at Cycle Week.
Ortlieb mending bags directly at the stand is already part of the Cycle Week tradition. Patagonia is now following suit with "Worn Wear" and repairs MTB and outdoor clothing of all kinds free of charge.
From summer 2025, Canyon will enable custom configurations and present the concept in Switzerland. As a taster, Cycle Week is giving away a Canyon road bike in a unique design.

Shows and contests will also take place in the evening after the Expo closes. Bars and food stands will also stay open longer. The Cycle Week Festival is free and open to the public.
