In keeping with the current weather, KinetiXx is launching two new cycling gloves for particularly hot days: the Ledri short-finger model and the Lajos long-finger glove.
Cycling is arguably one of the most popular sports in these sweltering temperatures. After all, when you’re cycling, the breeze acts as your very own air conditioning. Sometimes, though, even cycling can make the sweat break out on your forehead – and on your hands. To ensure active cyclists always have a firm grip on their bikes, two new glove models from KinetiXx are designed to provide good ventilation for dry hands and a constant grip on the handlebars: the super-thin Ledri short-finger glove, aimed primarily at drop-bar cyclists, and the sporty, highly breathable Lajos long-finger summer model, which is designed particularly for mountain bike and gravel bike enthusiasts.
The ultra-lightweight Ledri summer cycling glove features a highly breathable mesh material on the back of the hand. This comfortable ventilation is said to be particularly beneficial in high temperatures or on physically demanding routes. It is also said to stand out thanks to its high level of comfort and ergonomic cut that extends over the knuckles. Thanks to this fit, there is no need for a Velcro fastening at all. An integrated pull-on and pull-off aid also ensures easy handling.
The palm is made from high-quality, soft and non-slip micro suede. This breathable material is also perforated to keep your hands dry. Another advantage on uneven terrain is the lightweight foam cushioning, which noticeably absorbs shocks.
For all mountain bikers and gravel enthusiasts who prefer off-road riding and don’t want to go without long-fingered cycling gloves even in summer to protect against injury, KinetiXx presents the sporty Lajos. The breathable mesh upper is designed to be particularly sturdy and hard-wearing, whilst also offering a high level of breathability. Perforations on the palm ensure good ventilation, and the fit is said to be particularly ergonomic.
The glove is deliberately cut slightly longer at the wrist, and the palm is unpadded. The soft micro-suede material, combined with a silicone print on the fingers, is designed to provide a good grip. The model also features a handy touchscreen function for operating mobile devices.
