The V.SX takes the test victory with its excellent chassis, top handling and high-quality equipment. Some details could still be improved.

Once again this year, the V.SX won the hearts of the testers and impressed them with its plush suspension and excellent handling. However, you wouldn't think that the rear suspension is one of the smoothest in the comparison and sticks to the trail like Pattex at high speeds. This is because slow, individual bumps reach the rider relatively unfiltered. On the other hand, the rear end remains very calm and stable even on climbs. Paired with high-quality equipment, a dropper post, large brake discs and a wide cockpit, the Votec is easy to manoeuvre through winding trails, even in size L, and is easy on the rear wheel. Thanks to the Angleset headset from Cane Creek, the steering angle of 66 degrees fits perfectly. Without this feature, the V.SX would be much more nervous on the road. But where there's light, there's also shadow. The cable routing on the top tube, which was already criticised last year for constantly rubbing against the leg or frame, is a real imposition. In addition, we can only hope that the one or other assembly problem will not affect the quality of the standard bikes. Apart from the missing chain guide, the bike is completely enduro-compatible.

PLUS Full chassis, convincing handling, good equipment
MINUS Poor train routing
