Norco Six 2
CONCLUSION: Uphill it rides okay, downhill it's our favourite bike. Norco has a real super enduro bike on offer!

The "Six" is a completely new design. This year, Norco has opted for heavily hydroformed tubes, which give the bike a special look. Some like it, others don't. Fact: Thanks to the curved top tube, you have freedom of movement - almost like on a ladies' bike. The classic four-bar rear triangle has a long tradition at Norco and has been continuously improved over the years. It is also typical of the Canadians that they always use simple but sensible parts for the equipment and thus keep the price low without compromising on performance. To cut a long story short: We love the "Six 2"! Downhill, only the Specialized could keep up. The bike is as smooth as a full-blown freerider: the rear suspension really swallows up everything and delivers enormous comfort. At the same time, the bike is super manoeuvrable, agile and simply fun. Uphill, the rear suspension bobs when pedalling, but when seated, the propulsion is good. The only flaw is that the seat post cannot be adjusted very far. Unfortunately, the Norco doesn't come with a dropper post. But you need one if you want to pedal sensibly uphill. Otherwise, everything else is perfect: the tyres, the geometry, the shiftable chain guide. A great bike that is just as much fun in the bike park as it is on the home trails.

CONCLUSION: Uphill it rides okay, downhill it's our favourite bike. Norco has a real super enduro bike on offer!

Remark: The curved top tube ensures extreme freedom of movement. The rear suspension function is perfect downhill.
