27.5-inch wheels, 29ers or both in a mullet set-up? Many mountain bikers are faced with this question when they want to buy a new bike. If you opt for the 15th version of the Liteville 301, you won't have this problem: thanks to the adjustable chainstays and an interchangeable bearing shell in the head tube, the customer has a free choice between the three variants. We tested the pure 29-inch version. With its 160 millimetres of suspension travel, the 301 is a true enduro bike. On descents, it really craves speed. The slack steering angle and large wheels keep the bike safely on track at all times.
The test costs 0.99 euros. Why not free of charge? Because quality journalism has a price. In return, we guarantee independence and objectivity. This applies in particular to the tests in BIKE. We don't pay for them, but the opposite is the case: we charge for them, hundreds of thousands of euros every year.
