Enduro test: Centurion Trailbanger with a "very good" rating
Correction: The Centurion Trailbanger EXC 2000.27 tested in BIKE 11/15 was awarded the BIKE rating "very good" with 112.75 points due to the warranty conditions that are now valid.

As with Merida, Centurion now offers a lifetime warranty on the frame (excluding paint damage), with no exclusion for racing use. This change to the warranty terms means that the bike tested in BIKE 11/15 now has a lifetime warranty. Centurion Trailbanger EXC 2000.27 five points more and achieves the grade "very good".

In addition to the Centruion Trailbanger, we tested six other new enduro bikes between 3500 and 4000 euros in BIKE 11/15. As both aluminium and carbon frames are used in this price range, the test group is particularly exciting and complex. With suspension travel between 153 and a generous 168 millimetres at the rear, the bikes weigh between 12.96 and 14.37 kilos.

You can find these seven enduro mountain bikes in the test:

Bionicon Edison Evo (3750 Euro)

Centurion Trailbanger EXC 2000.27 (3999 Euro)

Ghost FR AMR LC 8 (3899 Euro)

Kona Process 153 (3499 Eiuro)

Mondraker Dune R (3999 Euro)

Radon Slide Carbon 160 9.0 HD (3599 Euro)

Rose Uncle Jimbo 2 (3902 Euro)
