Cube AMS Pro FR - Individual test
The AMS Pro FR is Cube's entry-level model in the high-class enduro league. And for 2,500 euros you can expect a lot from this manufacturer. (BIKE 11/2004)
The ingredients promise first-class function: Manitou's "SPV" suspension, consisting of a lowerable "Minute" fork and "Swinger" air shock. High-quality wheels from DT Swiss with grippy Schwalbe "Albert" tyres - you can't go wrong with a complete Shimano "XT" set-up either. Together with the new, elegantly finished four-bar chassis, the "AMS Pro" is worth the money alone.
