With the Define, the Polish brand NS Bikes also has a versatile platform in its programme that allows two different suspension travels. The enduro bike we tested comes with 153 millimetres of travel at the rear and 160 at the fork, while the Define 130 has around two centimetres less travel. At the heart of both models is the robust aluminium frame, which weighs an impressive 3708 grams. Due to the heavy wheels and coarse 2.5 mm tyres, the Define cracks the 16-kilo mark when ready to ride.
The test costs 0.99 euros. Why not free of charge? Because quality journalism has a price. In return, we guarantee independence and objectivity. This applies in particular to the tests in BIKE. We don't pay for them, but the opposite is the case: we charge for them, hundreds of thousands of euros every year.
