Correct cornering technique on a mountain bike

"Outside, inside and then outside again - think of car racing!" In the video, Stefan Herrmann explains what is important when cornering on a bike.

Drop

Bend your arms and legs just before the edge, go low in the centre and glide smoothly over the landing hill. In the video, Stefan Herrmann shows you how to jump off drops or terrain edges correctly on your bike.

Bunny Hop

First go low, then up backwards, stretch your arms, take the weight off the front wheel, hips to the stem, and then the rear wheel follows. In the video, Stefan Herrmann shows you the best way to learn the bunny hop and jump over obstacles.
