Riding technique: Balance
Balance is one of the basic skills on the bike - a prerequisite for difficult sections on the trail or the tightrope act in the bike park.
Position on the bike

1. if you want to find the ideal position on the bike, you need to know the extremes. To do this, roll slowly and stand on the pedals. Now push your body as far back on the bike as possible.
