Traditionally, most bikes from KTM have a sporty flavour. This also applies to the Ultra Sport, which is already characterised by its name. The riding position is race-oriented, the low front end provides plenty of pressure on the front wheel and, as a relic from past CC times, narrow tyres and a 600 flat bar are used. However, with a total weight of 12.8 kilos, racing quickly comes to an end. The weak equipment with Deore parts, the Rock Shox Tora fork weighing over two kilos, as well as the heavy frame slow down the propulsion.
CONCLUSION: With the weakest equipment and too much weight, the KTM ends up in last place.
