As an agile and easy-to-accelerate bike, the Dynamics is one of the testers' favourites. No wonder: in addition to the balanced geometry, a high-quality Shimano XT/SRAM X.9 mix can be found on the second lightest bike, garnished with a successful cockpit and very safe downhill characteristics. Attention was also paid to sensible details such as continuous outer covers on the gears. However, the biggest drawback of the Lightning is the miserable paint quality. After the first test lap, the paintwork on the down tube was already chipped. Hopefully just an isolated incident.
CONCLUSIONExcept for the paintwork, the Dynamics is a successful bike with top equipment and excellent riding characteristics.
TUNING TIPReplace slippery saddle, possibly retrofit Poploc levers.
