Centurion Backfire LRS Hydro
Marathon racer with acceptable weight, high-quality equipment and not too sporty riding position. Too little suspension comfort for touring.

With wide handlebars and a not too low front end, the Backfire LRS gives you a relatively comfortable position that ensures good control on the downhill trail. The drive-neutral but less sensitive rear suspension suits the character of a traditional race bike, but with 91 millimetres of travel it offers too little comfort for relaxed cruising. Complete XT equipment, Syntace components and powerful Formula Oro K24 brakes ensure long-lasting, carefree riding pleasure. The voluminous design of the hydroformed frame means that riding noise is transmitted loudly.

CONCLUSIONS: Marathon racer with acceptable weight, high-quality equipment and not too sporty riding position. Too little suspension comfort for touring.

TUNING TIP: Rather push the saddle forwards.
