Patch tubeless discs in 30 seconds
If a tubeless tyre is damaged on a tour, the repair is time-consuming and involves a lot of mess. Until now. The Dynaplug Air Kit solves all problems within 30 seconds.

Tubeless tyres score points above all for their high puncture protection. Snakebites (punctures), which normally destroy the inner tube, are a thing of the past with tubeless tyres. However, even tubeless tyres with sealant can leak. Thorns, broken glass or nails can damage the tyre. The tubeless milk in the tyre can often no longer seal larger holes.

For some time now, puncture kits, like those used in cars, have been available to repair these holes. Dynaplugone of many manufacturers of these repair kits, combines the repair kit with a CO2 cartridge. The Dynaplug Air Kit patches tyres and inflates them in less than 30 seconds. We have already tested it and it really works.

How Dynaplug Air works

Step 1: Simply push the spike with the inserted rubber patch and the untwisted cartridge through the hole in the tyre.Photo: Ludwig Döhl Step 1: Simply push the spike with the inserted rubber patch and the untwisted cartridge through the hole in the tyre. Push the spike completely into the tyre until both holes of the metal shaft are inside the tyre. Then turn the cartridge completely onto the head of the pump. Once the cartridge is open, the tyre is filled with air. Caution, when opening the cartridge, it suddenly becomes ice-cold. It is always best to work with gloves.Photo: Ludwig Döhl Push the spike completely into the tyre until both holes of the metal shaft are inside the tyre. It is always best to work with gloves. When the tyre is inflated again, simply pull the entire spike out of the casing. The sticky rubber thread remains in the carcass, bonds with the tyre and seals the hole. The small metal spike also remains in the centre of the tyre.
