The new, all-terrain product range has been both technologically improved and expanded in terms of available sizes. The Italian manufacturer has retained the tried and tested tread designs, but has implemented new rubber compounds and carcass constructions that are intended to optimise the riding behaviour in every detail. The range is divided into two clearly defined product lines: the High Performance Line (HP-Line) and the Performance Line (P-Line).
According to the manufacturer, the HP-Line benefits from Italian production and the expertise gained from Pirelli's motorsport experience. It is aimed at drivers who are looking for maximum speed, control and reliability without compromise. The P-Line focuses more on durability and balanced driving behaviour. The different tread types in the range extend from fast-rolling to aggressive designs. All variants are tubeless-ready, optimised for use on modern wide rims and compatible with hookless rims.
The Italians offer the HP tyres in three tyre widths (40, 45, 50 mm) for standard wheels, while the P-rubbers are also available in a 35-millimetre version and for wheels in the smaller 650B format (45, 50 mm). Pirelli basically categorises the tyres for use on mixed terrain (Gravel M, Gravel RM) and on hard surfaces (Gravel H, Gravel RH). The tyres labelled "R" are specially designed for racing. The Cinturato Gravel S for muddy terrain remains unchanged.
