Test of the Race Face Turbine dropper post
Apart from the post head and the remote lever, the Race Face Turbine Dropper is identical to the 9Point8 Falline, but costs 200 euros less than the dropper seatpost from the Canadians.

In the last Telescopic seatpost test in BIKE 2/17 the complex assembly of the Race Face Turbine Dropper with a "very good". Our test specimen of the dropper seatpost was in use for over a year and proved to be reliable, regardless of whether it was dusty or muddy, cold or warm. We only had to replace the broken Bowden cable once and pump air twice. Thanks to the internal clamping, the bike can also be lifted by the saddle, which causes problems with many hydraulic posts. The play on the post head is also very small after a long period of use. However, a service is now due, as the post only extends very slowly over the last few centimetres despite the correct air pressure. The operating force of the lever could be lower.
