For friends of cultivated cycling culture, it's a real hit: the legendary, 150-year-old saddle manufacturer Brooks from England is launching a lightweight saddle suitable for racing for the first time.

Well, what do you mean by lightweight saddle? The slim cut seat cover made of vulcanised rubber and the carbon frame reduce the weight of the C13 massively below the values of the famous Brooks leather classics. However, 266 grams is still a lot for a racing saddle. No matter, long-distance riders in particular tend to praise the comfort. And that's where the Brooks C13 shows its trump cards. The seat cover is flexible, hugs the bum comfortably and proved to be extremely hard-wearing during extended muddy rides. However, whether you like the round shape is a matter of taste. Try it out.

PLUS Flexible, hard-wearing seat cover, sturdy carbon frame
MINUS Quite heavy for the price, the shape doesn't suit everyone

Weight 266 g
Price 200 Euro
