The reaction is always the same: "Klock, klock", curious tapping with the index finger. Then, with a stunned look on his face: "Er, is that a real saddle?" Sure. One from Becker Carbon.

Industry experts know: When the company designs a part, it doesn't give a damn about existing standards. The manufactory works for Formula 1 and Airbus. The saddle is more of a by-product of the company boss's passion for cycling. In the pursuit of maximum lightness, the frame was simply omitted. The saddle consists only of the seat, which merges into two clamping beads. The expectation of comfort is not particularly high, but is far exceeded by the seating sensation. The ergonomics are excellent. It survived the test ordeals. A real saddle. Yes, really.

Test summary of the Becker Carbon

PLUS Very good ergonomics, robust surface, top workmanship
