His manufactory has its roots in Formula 1 sport. It goes without saying that Axel Schnura makes no compromises when it comes to his bike accessories.

The new 27.5-inch wheels with hooked rims are so trimmed for speed that the weight is stated in two versions: with and without decals. The set weighs a whopping 1175 grams, 25 grams less without decals. The centrepiece is the new, elaborately handcrafted rims. The spoke holes are not drilled, but laminated, which enables extremely high spoke tension - resulting in enormous wheel rigidity. And indeed: the acceleration is tremendous. Not a single watt of pedalling energy seems to be wasted in the spokes. The front wheel can be manoeuvred precisely through tight bends. If only it weren't for the exorbitant price. Formula 1 level.
