Endurance test: AME heated grips
There are times when the price doesn't matter. Especially when winter is particularly harsh. On a night ride at -17 degrees, the heatable MTB grips from AME were able to show what they are made of.

While I had to look around me at faces contorted with pain, level three was enough for me to just about avoid sweaty palms. And that was after over 1.5 hours of riding. In milder temperatures, the battery lasts between two and three hours. Thanks to the soft rubber, the grip is comfortable and non-slip. Apart from the heavy, bulky battery, this is a perfect product for polar expeditions. The grips get warm all round and are not bulky.

CONCLUSIONS: the right product for harsh winters. The Ame grips allow you to ride in the lowest temperatures with a good grip.
