With the sophisticated SmartphoneGrip for the Bosch Smart System, the mobile phone moves to the handlebars. The eBike Flow app gets new functions.

With the mobile phone holder SmartphoneGrip from Bosch, the smartphone can be mounted on the handlebars instead of the Kiox 300. The two systems use the same attachment, so they can be quickly swapped as required. With the Kiox on the trail, with the smartphone for commuting or over gravel passages, for example. All relevant riding data can be displayed on the mobile phone screen via the eBike Flow app, Control is via the LED remote control. Practical: The mobile phone can be charged via cable or inductively.

App updates for Ebike-Flow: navigation and lock function

The New navigation function The app makes route suggestions based on different profiles. One of these profiles is called E-MTB trails and is designed for sporty e-biking. Also The eBike Lock function is newa kind of immobiliser. Once activated in the app, the motor only enables assistance when there is a Bluetooth connection to the smartphone. The mobile phone does not need to be operated for this, it is sufficient if it is in the rucksack or jacket pocket on the bike. Strava and Komoot users will be able to connect their accounts to the eBike Flow app in future and then automatically record their tour and fitness data.
