Does electronic shifting on a mountain bike make sense?
More technology, more electronics, less DIY: Will you soon have to be a mechatronics engineer to adjust a mountain bike gear system? Your opinion please.
Electronic shifting systems such as the Shimano Ultegra Di2, the Sram eTap or the EPS shifting groupsets from Campagnolo have established themselves on road bikes. But what about mountain bikes? Does an electric drivetrain make sense? Vote for yourself:
