No, this is certainly not normal. The oil level in your fork is probably not correct. In the "Skareb Super", built in 2003, the oil level must be 107 millimetres. The oil level is measured in the same way as in a car. Take a dipstick and push it 107 millimetres into the fork from above. Now carefully pull it out. A drop of oil should now be visible at the lower end. If you want to check the oil level yourself, you should have some expertise. It is better to take your fork to the nearest shop. The dealer will certainly be more familiar with the problem. You will also avoid damaging the sensitive inner workings of the fork.
