The RS Sektor is the affordable alternative to the Revelation. However, you can't tell by looking at it. The workmanship is high quality.

Its nominal spring travel is 150 mm. Squeezed like a lemon, it even delivered a full 153 millimetres on our test bench, with an almost linear progression. The fork is set up in no time at all using the Solo Air valve and the air pressure table attached to it. Adjust the rebound and off you go. On the trail, the Sektor impressed us with its plush qualities. On small bumps, the response behaviour could be a little more sensitive. However, the air fork reliably smoothed out larger bumps. Thanks to the 15-millimetre thru-axle, there is no lack of stiffness either. The damping can be locked on climbs, but there is no lowering function. Even after almost a year of continuous use, the fork still runs smoothly and without any problems. Without maintenance and without further adjustments.

CONCLUSION: good and favourable. Even with little maintenance, the Sektor works reliably in the long term. Set it, ride off and forget it - that's its motto.
