The torque of the screws for attaching the shock is determined by the screws fitted by the bike manufacturer. On some bikes, the shock bolt is screwed directly to the frame on the other side. But: Do not rely solely on the torque specifications of the frame manufacturer. The shock should always rotate easily around its axle mounts without any lateral play.
