The new Fazua Battery 250 X weighs in at 1.4 kilograms and has a capacity of 252 Wh. It can be switched on and off via the Remote bX or Remote fx. It is no longer necessary to remove the battery for this purpose. The new hardware developed by Fazua and the BMS now also fulfil the strict requirements of the American safety standard for lithium-ion batteries for use in e-bikes, Fazua also announces.
Evoc, another Munich-based brand, has developed the Battery Bag, which has been specially designed to carry the Fazua Battery 250 and the new Battery 250 X. The Battery Bag can be attached to the frame of a Fazua bike in a few simple steps and sits firmly on the frame thanks to three fixing points.
"Being able to stow a second battery on the bike offers our customers maximum freedom when planning their individual tours. The Battery Bag is our range extender, so to speak," explains product designer Constanze Buckenlei.
The Battery Bag will be available from mid-September and the Battery 250 X from November.
