Headset: installation, cleaning & care
Dirt and water take their toll on your bike's control centre. To ensure that the headset runs as smoothly as a Rolex, even after thousands of steering turns, you need to look after it.
If the headset snaps or makes noises despite being perfectly adjusted, it is time for a service at the latest. To do this, clamp the bike in an assembly stand and remove the front wheel. Then open the Ahead screw with an Allen key. Remove the cover cap.
