From 29 April to 1 May, mountain bikers and amateur racers will have the chance to train with Olympic champion Sabine Spitz and learn from the knowledge and experience of the two-time world champion.
Spitz will personally lead the training in order to prepare the participants for the upcoming mountain bike season in the best possible way. The training area on the Upper Rhine with the "Sabine Spitz Mountainbike Arena" - where the German Championships have already been held twice - offers perfect training conditions. Spitz will also talk about successful MTB training and report on her experiences at the Cape Epic.
"It will be an exciting and intensive weekend, where the fun of mountain biking will not be neglected," says Sabine Spitz.
The programme includes various training sessions with intensive intervals, endurance and riding technique. There will also be a lecture by the three-time Olympic medallist on each of the two evenings. A maximum of twelve participants can take part in Sabine Spitz's MTB camp.
No one else from Germany has been as successful on the mountain bike as Sabine Spitz, who has won everything there is to win in cross-country and marathons. Now all bikers have the chance to benefit from these successes.
