Father and son? They were those two cartoon characters, weren't they? The tall one with the black waistcoat and moustache and the short one with the fuzzy head, right? Yes, but that's what the Father & Son Days in Nauders on the Reschen Pass not. Because no books are read here, no dictations are burnt or anything like that. It's all about mountain biking. And, of course, the ultimate father-son experience.
Bike pro Holger Meyer and his riding technique and event team, the Rasenmäher, have come up with something very special. Three days on the Reschen Pass to enjoy the best trails, barbecues and learning. But of course it's not about algebra or spelling, but about riding technique. The instructors are Holger Meyer and his team, the students are the various father-son duos. Or mother-son, or father-daughter or whatever.
The event programme from 5-7 July includes a night ride, some test bikes for young and old to try out, campfires, BBQ activities, a film night, pictures by a professional photographer and, of course, the fantastic landscape and first-class trails on the Reschen Pass, most of which are accessible by shuttle. How much does it cost? 120 euros per father-son/daughter duo, but hotel accommodation is not included.
All information about the event and the requirements for people and equipment can be found on the Website of the lawn mowers.
