Trek E-Caliber 9.8 XT Gen 2

The 2022 "E-Caliber 9.8 XT Gen 2" model from Trek is a high-quality e-mountain bike designed for challenging trails and long rides. The price for this model is 10,099 EUR. The frame is made from OCLV Mountain Carbon for the main frame and seat stays, and features IsoStrut, a tapered head tube, Knock Block and internal Control Freak cable routing. The bike offers 60 mm of suspension travel and is rated for a maximum load of 136 kg, whilst the kerb weight is 16 kg.

The braking system comprises Shimano XT M8120 hydraulic 4-piston disc brakes at the front and rear, with Shimano RT86 discs measuring 180 mm at the front and 180 mm at the rear. Gear shifting is handled by a Shimano XT M8100 12-speed shifter in combination with a Shimano XT M8100 10–51-tooth cassette.

The saddle is a Bontrager Verse Elite with austenitic struts and a width of 145 mm, fitted to a Bontrager Line Elite dropper seatpost with 150 mm of travel and MaxFlow.

At the heart of the drivetrain is the Fazua motor, combined with a Fazua Evation battery with a capacity of 252 Wh. The bike is controlled via a Fazua Remote bX display, and the charger is a Fazua Evation charger for 220–240 V.
