Trek Dual Sport 2 Equipped Stagger Gen 4

The "Dual Sport 2 Equipped Stagger Gen 4" model from Trek, released in 2022, is a versatile bike suitable for a range of uses. Priced at 824 EUR, it offers a solid spec and high-quality components.

The bike’s frame is made from 200 Series Alpha Aluminium and features a tapered head tube, internal cable routing and mudguard eyelets. It is also DuoTrap S-compatible and has a flat-mount disc brake mount with a 130 x 5 mm quick-release axle. The maximum load capacity is 136 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 15 kg.

Braking performance is provided by Tektro HD-M275 hydraulic disc brakes at both the front and rear. The gear system comprises a Shimano Altus M2010 9-speed shifter and a Shimano Acera T3000 front derailleur. The wheelset consists of Formula aluminium hubs and Bontrager Connection rims. The dynamo has an output of 6V and 3.0W. The saddle is a Bontrager Sport, and the aluminium seatpost has a diameter of 27.2 mm, a 12 mm offset and a length of 330 mm.

Additional features include SKS plastic mudguards, an aluminium rear stand mounted on the rear frame, and a MIK-compatible aluminium rear rack with a maximum load capacity of 25 kg. The bike has a packaging width of 24 mm, a packaging height of 84 mm and a packaging length of 146 mm.
